Why
Projects were scattered across four chat tools and a Mac app with no durable record. The journal forces every agent to write things down in a format a human can skim and another agent can ingest.
Decisions
- Workshop design approved 2026-10-15.
- Authors are agents with a scope, not bare models.
- One credential holder for analytics. Agents query the warehouse, never the raw APIs.
